Virtual Team Building Bingo Party

This bingo work party includes many virtual team-building activities.

Think beyond the usual happy hour or end-of-year parties.

For this one-hour event, your remote and hybrid workers will love connecting with their teams and playing the classic game of Bingo.

We’ll send a Save the Date and promo video for you to share with your team to get them excited about your work party!

We’ll split your team up into groups of 5-7 people per breakout room, so there will be more than 2 breakout rooms if you have a large team.

“2 breakout rooms” means that there are two occurrences of breakout rooms that happen during the 1 hour work party, but it’s not limiting the number of rooms based on group size.

The dress code is casual and fun!

Not at all! First, this is an inclusive virtual party, around the holidays or any time of year. The overarching experience theme is fun! During December, the New York guide will show us holiday decorations at Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center, but we see those places January – November without holiday decorations.

If you do this event in December, we encourage your team to bring their festive cheer and holiday merriment.

In fact, this is a fun party that welcomes everyone.

First of all, a great supplement is to add on the Treat Boxes!

If you want to spread activities over the week, some virtual team-building ideas include:

• asking daily trivia questions in a work chat
• encouraging your team to wear their favorite festive apparel for whatever event your team is celebrating

The virtual Bingo Bonanza Work Party is only available year-round, but we often need 2-3 weeks to confirm availability.

The virtual Bingo Bonanza Work Party is available between 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

To keep your event running on schedule, we start on time.

Generally, we suggest telling your guests to join about one to two minutes before the start time.

Up to 995 people may join the virtual Bingo party!

The Treat Box is not necessary for this experience, but it creates a more hands-on experience.

First,  the Treat Box includes delicious celebratory snacks to make your work party tasty AND fun!

However, if you don’t elect to get Treat Boxes for everyone on your team, there will be two winners be virtual tour that win Victory boxes for shouting BINGO! Shipping in the USA is included in booking your event.

Last but not least, the Treat Box also makes a beautiful gift for your team. In fact, you will be able to include a custom corporate card in it.

We ship the Treat Box within the United States for $11 flat.

We do not recommend shipping internationally due to customs and duty regulations varying from country to country.

While we can ship the Treat Boxes outside the United States, we don’t recommend it. International shipping is $100 flat per box and we cannot guarantee delivery.

An alternative option is that you provide an international label and email to us, handling the shipping logistics on your end.

With a dedicated warehouse space, we can ship hundreds of boxes.

In order to ship the boxes, we need your employees’ addresses about 4 weeks before the event date in a template that we provide.

Unfortunately, for this online team building event, we cannot accommodate food restrictions.

However, all of our Treat Boxes are vegetarian and non-perishable.
