Absolutely, corporate groups are welcome to provide a short introduction. We allocate about 3 minutes to the introduction.

First, you will receive a show flow to distribute within your organizing team. Second, we also will provide a quick 1-minute promo to share with your employees.

Can you start the event late if our team is running behind?

Generally, no. Your event will start promptly to ensure that your event ends on time. We will admit your team members throughout the event.

Who is this event appropriate for?

First of all, we encourage you to invite employees — all of them! — to your event. This event highlights the lives and achievements of members of diverse neuro abilities and is appropriate for everyone, regardless of ability identity.

Can we add on guest speakers?

If you would like to add guest speakers, that is possible, but we recommend doing it before or after your one hour event with us.

We have found that teams get optimal engagement with a 60 minute event. The Disability Pride Virtual experience is one hour in length.

Do the guides on the Neurodiversity Virtual Tour identify as neurodivergent?

Our guides bring a wide range of lived experiences and perspectives to the tour. We do not require guides to disclose or verify a neurodivergent diagnosis in order to participate.

Access to formal diagnoses can be limited for many people due to barriers such as cost, availability of specialists, and the fact that many adults were not evaluated earlier in life. Additionally, neurodiversity exists on a broad spectrum, something we explore during the tour itself.

What we can share is that our team includes individuals who identify across many areas of neurodiversity, along with allies who are deeply engaged in creating inclusive spaces. As a company committed to inclusion, we intentionally build diverse hosting teams so participants experience a range of perspectives, communication styles, and insights.

Our goal is to create a thoughtful, welcoming environment that reflects the diversity of the neurodivergent community while respecting individual privacy.

Can you offer a shorter event?

Unfortunately not. This event could be two hours long at least! With hundreds of hours of research gone into this event, we’ve distilled all that information into a one hour event and we cannot make it shorter.
